Service or ongoing support?
Every new QuinnCare plan begins with a Basic Service and eligibility check. If your boiler qualifies and you join, the £70 service fee is waived. If it does not qualify, you simply pay the normal service price and we explain what would be required.

Our Basic Service costs £70. A Premium Service is £150–£350, depending on the boiler model, condition and parts required. Optional extras are shown separately, and we confirm any quote-only work before the visit.
The Basic Service includes core safety and combustion checks, basic cleaning and maintenance, and a service record. If we find a fault or further work is needed, we explain it and discuss the next step with you.
This depends on the boiler, its condition and the manufacturer’s servicing instructions. A Premium Service includes deeper cleaning of critical components, with seals or electrodes replaced where required. Send us the make, model and service history if you are unsure which service to choose.
Tell us about the fault before booking. A breakdown normally needs diagnosis through our boiler repair service, so we can arrange the right type of visit.
Yes. You can request a free QuinnCare eligibility check with your service. If an introductory Basic Service is accepted and you join, its £70 fee is waived. Otherwise your selected service remains payable. Plan terms and exclusions apply.
